The Process
The following outlines the easiest and most efficient way for you to work with us. The first step is for you to define, as clearly as you can, your concept. The next step is to email or call us at 800.655.3955 and speak to one of our senior consultants or customer support specialists who will help you decide which of our consulting services best fit your specific application. A preliminary service quote will then be sent to you by email and a second phone conversation will be scheduled to discuss in greater detail any questions you might have regarding the quote and our services.
After you have had an opportunity to review the quote, we will be able to discuss the services in greater detail and draft a contract specific to your unique situation. In many cases, our clients simply choose to proceed with the initial service quote that we sent to them in the first email.
When you have made your decision to move forward by signing your custom-tailored contract, we will proceed at your pace, rendering the services as you need them.
Many of our consulting clients also make the decision to attend an intensive six-day program designed for the start-up coffee retailer at the American Barista & Coffee School (ABC's). This program, in conjunction with our consulting services, can save you from making thousands of dollars in very common and costly mistakes. Registered ABC�s students are also entitled to a sizable discount on many of our consulting services.
